Where are your products manufactured?
The Somerset Toiletry Co. designs all products in the UK. While we manufacture globally to ensure the highest quality ingredients, many of our collections are proudly made right here in Somerset, England.
Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes, we are committed to ethical beauty. We do not test any of our finished products or ingredients on animals, nor do we commission third parties to do so on our behalf.
What are your shipping costs and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping options. Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
